A credential refers to the qualification, achievement, and evidence that demonstrates a person's skills, knowledge, or experience in a particular field or subject. We offer a wide range of programs and opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students.
HR 101, Introduction to Human Resources, is a basic introduction to Human Resources. It qualifies for the Train Me Today credential program and may be used to prepare for the Associate Professional in Human Resources exam.
The Human Resources Professional course is a mid-level HR course. Upon completion, students will earn the Human Resources Professional (HRP) credential. This course also prepares students for the PHR and SPHR exams.
The California Human Resources Professional (CAHRP) credential is designed for HR professionals with California employees. It covers California labor law and best practices. This course will also prepare students for the PHRca exam.
You may also obtain a Human Resources Professional (HRP) credential by completing 16 online classes from the TMT library. These may be used as stand-alone credentials or as California or general recertification credits.
The Train Me Today Continuous Education Library is a menu of online Human Resources classes you can take to earn badges. It may also be used for General or California recertification credits.
The Train-the-Trainer class includes four hours of training to prepare qualified HR professionals to provide Anti-harassment training as required under California law. It may be used for recertification.
