By earning the Professional in Human Resources California (PHRca®) HR certification, you demonstrate that you are a Human Resources professional who has mastered the laws, regulations and Human Resources management practices unique to the state of California.
Our PHRca® Exam Prep class is an intensive program that provides training for HR professionals with employees in California and will prepare you to take the PHRca® exam.
It includes access to live classes and the hrcoach.moodle.school classroom for 180 days.
This class is for HR professionals that:
- Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or
- Have at least one year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master's degree or higher or
- Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor's degree.

SECOND CHANCE CLASS RETAKE
SIX WEEKS OR SIX MONTHS - YOU CHOOSE. Sometimes students get into class and realize there is more information than they imagined. Other times work gets overwhelming or family matters take precedence. For that reason we have our second chance policy. This means that you may retake the PHRCa exam preparation class at no additional charge for up to 180 days (6 months)!
REFUND POLICY:
Please do not register unless you are committed to this course of instruction to prepare for the PHRca® exam.
IRVINE and MURRIETA Classes
Once we receive payment, AND WE HAVE A CLASS OF 5, for the non-web classes, we will order and ship your books, pay for the study location, engage our instructors, process your payment and there will be no refund.
Web Class
There is no minimum number of students but there is a maximum number so register early. The web class is always a go. There is never a refund for the web class.

Second Chance Insurance (SCI) allows a candidate to pre-purchase the opportunity to retake the same exam type a second time if the candidate is unsuccessful the first attempt. The retake exam may not be changed to a different of exam type.
