What You Will learn

1. Wage and Hour Laws (25%)

Wage and Hour Regulations: Focuses on California's specific laws related to minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest breaks, wage statements, and final pay.
Classification: Understanding of exempt vs. non-exempt status, independent contractors, and other classification issues.

2. Employee Benefits and Leaves of Absence (20%)
