Anti-harassment Training

We offer full training demos so you can see the program before assigning to your team!

There are currently 6 states the require private employers to train members of their workforce in harassment prevention.  The Train Me Today online Anti-Harassment Training program is compliant for these states, as well as appropriate for the remaining states as a best business practice.  Find the specifics for each state listed below.

• All Employees & Supervisors
• Training should be conducted within 6 months of hire and every 2 years thereafter
• Length of time: 1 hour for Employees and 2 hours for Supervisors

• Employees at companies with 3+ workers & all Supervisors
• Training should be conducted within 6 months of hire
• Length of time: 2 hours

• Employees & Supervisors at companies with 50+ workers
• Training should be conducted every 2 years
• Length of time: 90 minutes

• All Employees & Supervisors
• Training should be conducted annually

• Employees & Supervisors at companies with 15+ workers
• Training should be conducted within 1 year of hire

• All Employees & Supervisors
• Training should be conducted annually
