Course Overview
This 12-week interactive course uses a blended learning approach to help students successfully prepare for the SHRM-SCP certification exam.
🔹 Live Weekly Sessions: Each week, students meet for 90 minutes with an expert instructor to review key topics, discuss questions submitted in the Forum Discussion, and participate in interactive quizzes.
🔹 Comprehensive Study Materials: Course registration includes the HRCP Exam Prep Study Guide (5 books), online practice exams, flashcards, pre-recorded video lectures, and additional learning resources.
🔹 Practice Exams & Assignments: Students are required to complete assigned readings and practice exams to reinforce their knowledge. In addition to HRCP materials, Train Me Today provides extra practice exams to ensure thorough preparation.
🔹 Access Duration: Registered students will have access to TMT classroom materials for 180 days (6 months) from the first login. User IDs will expire after 180 days.

1. Eligibility: Candidates typically need a combination of education and professional HR experience to be eligible. For example, those with less than a Bachelor's degree need more years of HR experience compared to those with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Exam: The SHRM-CP exam tests knowledge and skills in HR competencies and functional areas. It includes questions on HR competencies, people, organization, workplace, and strategy.
3. Preparation: SHRM offers various study materials and courses, including self-study programs, instructor-led courses, and online resources, to help candidates prepare for the exam.
4. Recertification: To maintain the SHRM-CP certification, professionals must earn 60 professional development credits (PDCs) every three years or retake the certification exam.
