The SHRM CP is a certification offered by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). It's designed for HR professionals who implement policies and strategies, serve as points of contact for staff and stakeholders, deliver HR services, and perform operational HR functions.
Earning the SHRM CP certification demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of HR competencies and knowledge. It involves passing an exam and fulfilling work experience requirements. Our SHRM-CP exam preparation program IS designed to challenge and engage students at the implementation levels.

1. **Eligibility**: Candidates typically need a combination of education and professional HR experience to be eligible. For example, those with less than a Bachelor's degree need more years of HR experience compared to those with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. **Exam**: The SHRM-CP exam tests knowledge and skills in HR competencies and functional areas. It includes questions on HR competencies, people, organization, workplace, and strategy.
3. **Preparation**: SHRM offers various study materials and courses to help candidates prepare for the exam, including self-study programs, instructor-led courses, and online resources.
4. **Recertification**: To maintain the SHRM-CP certification, professionals must earn 60 professional development credits (PDCs) every three years or retake the certification exam.
