PHRca Exam preparation

Lectures and links must be viewed, and all Functional Area Practice Exams and Final Tests must be passed with at least 90% in order to automatically be marked as complete to receive a certificate of completion and be eligible for our Pass or Your Money Back guarantee.

A comprehensive exam administered before a course begins (pre-test) and again after the course ends (post-test) to measure:

• Baseline knowledge of the student before instruction
• Learning gains and knowledge retention after instruction

This method helps instructors evaluate the effectiveness of the training and identify areas where students may need additional support.  Your score is not counted on your final grade, but without completion of the test, you will not pass the class.  Do not worry if your score is low.  It is to measure where you are now, and how much you have learned at the end of the program.  There are 50 questions, and it should take you about 90 minutes to complete.
