eVERYONE HAS TO COMPLETE A FORM I-9 TO WORK IN THE U.S.

Form I-9, officially the Employment Eligibility Verification, is a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services form. Mandated by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, it is used to verify the identity and legal authorization to work of all paid employees in the United States.  The problem is, the form I-9 is detailed and the details count.  All supervisors that hire new employees need to complete the Form I-9 and swear under penalty of perjury that they saw the new employee's right to work documents.  The instructions are on the Form I-9 but they just are not that clear.
